ScanIt AI sells monthly subscriptions to a software service. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which means Paddle issues the refund and it appears on your statement from them.
When we refund
- The app does not work as described — scanning fails, you cannot log in, or a feature you paid for is missing — and we cannot fix it for you promptly.
- You were charged by mistake — a duplicate payment, or a renewal after you cancelled.
- You ask within 14 days of a payment and have used little of the allowance. We refund in full.
When a refund may be reduced or declined
- You have already used a substantial part of the month's scan allowance. Every scan costs us money with our AI provider, so a refund may be reduced to reflect what was used.
- The request is about the accuracy of a price estimate. Estimates are opinions produced by software and are described as such in the Terms; they are not a guarantee.
- The account broke the fair-use rules in the Terms.
How to ask
Email andriadavlasheridze2010@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. We reply within 3 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling is not the same as refunding
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee. If you want the current period refunded as well, ask using the steps above.
Your legal rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
